How do you access my site safely?
You create a temporary user or SFTP/SSH access for us. We never ask for your personal passwords, and every access is removed when the job is done.
Which time zone do you work in?
We operate on UTC−3, which overlaps the working day in the Americas and the afternoon in Europe. Much of the work happens while your traffic is low.
How do I pay?
Card through Stripe, PayPal, Wise transfer or Bitcoin. Invoices are issued in US dollars.
What if you can’t fix it?
No fix, no fee. If we can’t resolve what we agreed to resolve, you don’t pay for the fix.
